6 keys to protecting your back:

1.  Try your best to watch your posture.

2.  Work on your sleep position.  NEVER SLEEP ON YOUR STOMACH! 

3.  Strenthen your core.  (Crunches, kegel`s, etc)

4.  STRETCH!  ( Upper and lower back, chest, glutes and legs)  

5.  Make sure your office is set up Ergonomically.

6.  Proper lifting- Lift with legs, not the back!  No twisting!  Always face what you will be lifting.  Always try to switch shoulders and hands when carrying baby or car seat etc.
